Sometimes it’s hard for us to recognise what’s good about where we are right now. Instead, we keep thinking about how things will be once we have got ourselves together, developed a bit more and met some of those goals.
Well, guess what? There is goodness in acknowledging yourself for how far you have come, what you have got right now and how you are in the moment.
What are you celebrating about yourself, your shape, where you are today? Take a moment – 5 minutes, even – to write a list of what shape you are in now in your life, work, home, etc.…
If you can, do it every day for a week…notice what you notice and how you feel about celebrating and acknowledging yourself, right now.
