Inspirational leaders truly walk their talk. As Gandhi advocated, they are “being the change” they want to see in the world.
Over the coming week pay attention to the actions you are taking and who you are being in the process. Notice where you are consciously walking your talk…. or the places where you may just be talking!
It takes courage to take the first pioneering step and lead the flight.
Notice too where you are soaring… and notice where you are clipping your wings. Simply noticing is the first step in any change…. the next could be to just do it.
