Biba combines her professional development expertise with 18 years of corporate leadership in marketing, sales and change management roles and has worked across private, public and third sector organisations.
Biba is passionate about developing leading edge leaders and draws on eclectic sources to bring new and pioneering concepts into the realms of leadership. She loves working with progressors, pioneers, early adopters and challengers who dare to be different in order to make a difference in their worlds – or the world.

Her other passions are very much her family and friends. Biba lives in the countryside with her wife, Tawny (and Missy the cat!) and loves both spending time at home as well as taking off on travels and adventures together… Asia is a particular passion. She has a healthy and human approach to keeping energised, fit and vital!
