Duncan Müller

His purpose is to unlock the potential of leaders and teams so they can create the world they imagine. Whether it’s developing courageous leaders who speak their truth, compassionate leaders who get the most out of people or creative, intelligent, high-performing teams, he loves this work.

He works across various sectors including marketing and media, financial services, IT – even HM Prisons.

He also thrives taking this work out further into the world by training others in one-to-one coaching skills (Coaching for Performance) and specialist team coaching skills (Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching, or ORSC).

Before becoming a Coach, he spent more than 20 years in the creative and marketing industries, internationally and in the UK, mostly within senior client services roles. He’s experienced leadership (good and bad) and led many teams across many organisations.

Duncan understands life can be challenging and involve difficult decisions, having experienced this too, such as moving from South Africa in 1998 and building a life in the UK, studying an MBA part-time while working in the fast-paced advertising industry, and building a second successful career as a coach.

He is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Certified Organisational and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC). He holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation.

Loving learning and development himself, he’s trained at some of the world’s leading coaching schools, such as the Coaches Training Institute, the Centre for Right Relationship, Team Coaching International, The Leadership Circle and the Firework Coaching Company. In addition, he holds a BA in Fine Art, various marketing qualifications, and an MBA.

When not working, Duncan enjoys spending time with his Tracy (his wife), running, drawing, theatre, films, gorgeous food and traveling.

Areas of focus include: Executive Coaching, Leadership development for middle to senior managers, Team Coaching, Leading and facilitating long term development programmes for groups and teams, Virtual Team Coaching, Career Transition Coaching.
