Her strength as a coach is often most witnessed in this crucial area when working with teams in conflict, misunderstanding and difficulty. Gill is comfortable with discomfort.

She is grounded, practical, creative and open to new ideas and methodologies. Gill makes things happen and has managed, designed and delivered high profile development programmes globally. She is proud to have co-created the iconic Conscious & Courageous programmes with Biba Binotti to drive sustainable cultural change for Global Warriors clients.
Gill is very physical and enjoys trail running, cycling, spinning, working out at the gym and walking her dogs. She also loves visiting art galleries, is fascinated by architecture but equally loves a lazy few hours in a coffee shop with her husband watching the world go by. In 2018 Gill suffered a major stroke and since then has found pleasure in painting furniture, yoga and taking those micro moments to be grateful for life.

Words of Warrior Wisdom:
“If life were easy, it wouldn't be difficult.” Kermit The Frog.
I love the lightness that compliments the depth of development work. It is important to take a moment and see how complicated we make our lives. We can only take one step at a time so let’s be clear if we want that step to be a leap, jump, tiptoe, shuffle or tango!
