Kathi has worked in companies such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Cummins, Eaton, and Honeywell. She has coached individuals at all levels – from individual contributor to CEO, and teams – from production operators to C-suite leaders driving multi-billion-dollar strategic plans. Clients appreciate Kathi as she “guides them through a process for breaking down large goals to achieve clarity, leading to tangible actions that truly impact their work and lives.”
In 2018, a major organisational change afforded Kathi the opportunity to transition out of a corporate leadership role to coaching fulltime. She now specialises in helping her individual and corporate clients recognise the opportunities in change, challenge, and transition. Kathi builds on her experience living and working in eight countries on four continents to support her clients, and their families, to succeed in cross-cultural and international transitions.
A true global nomad, Kathi spent over four decades wandering the world before meeting her match and subsequently settling in the hills southeast of Rome, where she balances her work with managing the busy social lives of twin daughters and the annual harvest of over 70 olive plants. She is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish.
