As an inclusive leadership coach, her work takes place within the context of the world we live in with full acknowledgement of both the visible and invisible forces at play in our lives - the water that we swim in - that is often ignored. All in service of more powerful, impactful, and authentic leaders and teams and ultimately a world that includes us ALL.
In her private practice, she works with visionary and innovative women leaders, especially women of colour - helping them to lead more powerfully, impactfully, and authentically.
Through her work, Lola brings clarity, fun, compassion, and a direct style which allows her clients to access their full range and effectively own their specific brand of personal power responsibly.
Lola lives in London, UK with her long-term partner and teenage son. In her downtime, she enjoys Afro-Cuban salsa dancing, writing, and spending time with her family.
