Moyra Weston
Moyra is a leadership development professional, specialising in systems work, supporting the development of clients in their desire to make change in themselves, their organisations and the world.
She is a Co-Active Coach and Leader – having trained with CTI in both their Coaching and Leadership Programmes. She is an Organisational and Relationship Systems (ORSC) certified practitioner, member of International Coach Federation and studied with the US based EHAMA institute on their Evocative Leadership Mastery Programme. Moyra is also a practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile system and an EFT / Matrix Reimprinting (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner.
Moyra has a personal and professional commitment to inclusion and diversity. Having developed and led ground-breaking practice in the recruitment of diverse volunteers, (with recognition from London Local Authorities Race Awards), Moyra then led inclusion and diversity strategies for volunteering in UK top 10 charities, both in leadership roles in their Marketing and Fundraising Departments and as a consultant. She works with clients from Not-for-Profit organisations on a pro bono basis, to spread the work of facilitation and coaching to activists supporting those that cannot usually afford these services.
Moyra has coached and consulted with leaders in global NGO’s, Top 10 UK charities, public sector, finance, architecture, medical research, information technology, beverages, disability charities, start-ups, film, law and education. She has been part of the Global Warriors facilitation and leadership development team since 2013.
Moyra holds a position of fierce heart when working with clients – holding them at their best and supporting them in going to new depths in their development.
When enjoying free time, you will find Moyra at the gym, in the garden, enjoying art, with her family or going on new adventures – or any combination of those!
