Coming from a classically trained international marketing background, she previously operated on the management boards of various private sector businesses, from UK start-ups to overseas divisions of large PLCs. Her career has led her to many territories, cultures, industries, organisations and fellow human beings in her search to do work that matters and positively impacts the world.
Known for her grounded, ‘heart-of-the-matter’ style, she supports her clients in becoming more resilient, connected, compassionate and powerful leaders as they commit to building healthy, sustainable 21st-century cultures while delivering on organisational strategy.
As trauma becomes more widespread in society and the workplace, and somewhat evidently in leadership, there is a growing need for specialist understanding and available support. In response, Sandra has recently added TICC (Trauma Informed Coaching Certification - ICF accredited) to her existing CPCC, ORSC and PCC credentials.
